Minimum Facility Requirements

Parking for participant cars and trailers.

Rest room or portable facility and wash-up area.

Enclosed area with adequate lighting that is protected from the weather.

Enclosed area that accommodates 6 to 10 people plus tables chairs.

Electricity for power tools.

Fans in hot weather (above 90 degrees F)                     

Heaters in cold weather (below 55 degrees F)

Lunch available at facility or within 5 miles of location.

Horse facilities can accommodate 3 horses in a covered area for live trimming.

Hosts will schedule 3 horses per day the last 2 days of groom course for live trimming sessions.

Selected horses can be host or participant horses.
